Knol-Khol is a winter growing vegetable. Knol-Khol is also called as German Cabbage, Kohlrabi, and Turnip. It is edible and most used vegetable in German Countries. It tastes almost like a Cabbage. Sow the seeds in a fine mixture of Compost, Coco-Peat and Garden soil in 1:2:1 ration for raising seedlings. Once the seedlings grow to height of 12cm you can transplant them into desired pot or to actual location. Transplant the seedlings during evening hours. Make sure soil is moist but not soggy. Raise soil towards the roots of the plant once it starts growing up like carrot.
Note: For best germination results, use all the seeds within 2 weeks after reaching you.
